Our strategy focused on decoupling content from presentation using headless architecture while selectively using WordPress where speed-to-market was critical. This hybrid approach allowed Morgan Fuels to modernise without disruption, launch new products quickly, and prepare for enterprise-level integrations. The Morgan Fuels digital ecosystem was built using Strapi as the core headless CMS, Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development, Node.js for API-driven backend services, MongoDB for data management, and WordPress for rapid deployment of select product websites. This stack ensures performance, flexibility, and long-term scalability.
